For some, counselling can be quite a financial commitment, and I respect that. As such I have endeavored to make my rates as affordable as possible.
I also have a commitment to do all I can to make every session worthwhile, and to support you to do things in your life between sessions, so that your money is well spent, and as few sessions as possible are needed.
You may also be entitled to funded counselling - please feel free to discuss this with me if you are unsure.

Individuals:
60 minute sessions
$135 incl gst - if your household income is over $80,000 p.a.
$110 incl gst - if your household income is between $50,000 and $80,000 p.a.
$85 incl gst - if your household income is below $50,000 p.a.

Couples/group/family:
90 minute sessions
$185 incl gst

Rates are for face-to-face or online sessions and are in $NZ.

Cancellations:
A cancellation fee of $45 incl gst applies if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment.
If you cancel within an hour of appointment or do not turn up, the full session fee is liable.
